Spiritual Tours serves for the purpose of providing lifesaving humanitarian aid. In order for Spiritual Tours to sustain this purpose, we must operate in a sustainable way. All tours are booked upfront, meaning hotels, excursions and flights are booked in advance. Therefore, once your deposit has been received, we cannot reimburse under any circumstances, due to the financial nature of your place being booked.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Deposits must be received by the deadline specified in communication made by Spiritual Tours in order to avoid automatic cancellation. If you are unable to attend the tour, please contact the team on tours@reviveda.org to discuss if any discretion can be made.

If paying the full amount upfront, payment will need to be paid at the time of booking. If you are setting up a payment plan, the full deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking. Payment of the deposit is a confirmation of your commitment to complete the full payment plan. Rooms flights and excursions are booked upon receiving your deposit, the cost of these must be fulfilled by completing the payment plan.

Deposits and tour bookings are non-refundable. If travel is postponed such as in the event of a lockdown, or due to other unforeseen circumstances, travel will be transferrable for a later date. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Terms and conditions of Spiritual Tours coupons and discounts are fully held at the discretion of Spiritual Tours and must be used within the deadline specified. Discount will be taken from the second payment of the remaining balance for the tour, not from the deposit aspect. E.g. If a tour costs £1000 and we have offered £100 discount, with a £500 deposit payable: The £500 deposit will be due to secure your booking. Thereafter we will request £400 for the final balance. Under no circumstance will a discount be applied more than once per booking or be made transferrable.

By booking with Spiritual tours, you are consenting to the possibility of your image being used in promotional material, unless you notify the tour guides via email. Attending any event implies attendee consent to the film, photography and audio recordings of themselves as members of the audience. It is the responsibility of those opting-out to step out of the frame when photography/videography is taking place.
